Kyubey sets the whole plot in motion by making a pact with the main characters at the beginning to give them magical powers, but he neglects to tell them pertinent details about their invincibility not being so invincible. He’s an Incubator, which is a race of alien beings without human emotions themselves but seeks to use emotions for their own nefarious ends.

Pop star, aspiring model, and fashion icon, Misa Amane was an influencer before it was cool. Her celebrity name was Misa Misa, and she carefully cultivate a beautiful but non-threatening look using details like hair and makeup, so even in her signature Gothic or Lolita fashion costumes, she’s still adorable.

Maybe someone should tell them the terran felines have already conquered the earth and would be a force to be reckoned with if challenged.
The show is a parody of the science fiction genre, so naturally, the Puchuu is a parody of various different aliens as they appear in pop culture, but only the evilest ones. For example, when the Puchuu queen shows up, she’s a satirical take on the xenomorph queen from the Alien franchise.
3 Sugar, One Piece
How could this adorable little bluenette threaten anyone? Well, by being a member of the Donquixote Pirates’ Trebol Army and having a fearsome Devil fruit power, for starters. Sugar is actually 22 years of age even though she looks to be eight or 10, but that’s due to her powers slowing her growth.

A remorseless character who turns her enemies into subservient toys using the Devil Fruit, Sugar also subjugates and destroys the innocent. She was a driving force in Doflamingo’s conquest of Dressrosa, and she was proud of her work, only displeased when her toy slaves would find a way to return to their former selves and seek revenge.
2 Alois Trancy, Black Butler
The first noble that the audience gets to know in Black Butler, Alois is an example of how absolute power corrupts absolutely. When people describe a child as a monster, this is the kid they’re talking about; Although his past reveals more nuance in his character than only evil, he still manages to come pretty close.

She’s a Silpelit, which is a nasty variation of the Diclonius strain with a reputation for being merciless, aggressive, and visceral. In fact, as soon as someone enters the chamber for the first time, she uses her powers to literally rip them in half.
