#5 Bobby Roode & Chad Gable

Bobby Roode & Chad Gable formed a tag team with Chad Gable last week on Raw. There are 2 potential reasons why WWE decided to form this tag team. The first potential reason is that WWE has nothing else to do for the 2 superstars. The second potential reason is that Bobby Roode is going to turn heel by attacking Chad Gable and will feud with him as well. Hopefully, WWE goes with the second option. Bobby Roode has been floundering ever since WWE debuted him as a face. Bobby Roode’s work in NXT proves that he works best as a heel. Chad Gable has been floundering on Raw as well. A match where he can be an underdog would certainly benefit him. Bobby Roode would work well as the cutthroat, vicious heel that a plucky underdog like Chad Gable tries to defeat.

#4 Titus Worldwide

Apollo Crews has not benefited from Titus Worldwide in any way at all. This originally was supposed to be Apollo Crews being managed by Titus O’Neil. This then became a tag team and in their matches, Apollo Crews almost always was the one pinned. This team has done more harm than good and as a result, Apollo Crews should leave Titus Worldwide so that he can have an opportunity in the singles division. Apollo can face the likes of Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Finn Balor, & Kevin Owens in the near future.

#3 The Bar

Cesaro & Sheamus have been a tag team for almost 2 years now. While they’ve done great in the tag team division, it is a wasted opportunity for them to not compete as singles superstars. There is not much else for them to do as a team. They’ve already faced Gallows & Anderson, the Colons, the Usos, & New Day. Cesaro deserves another opportunity to compete in the singles division. He can face the likes of AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas, & Samoa Joe. Sheamus will always be beneficial as an upper mid-card superstar. Hopefully, these two will feud with each other and Cesaro will be the face while Sheamus will be the heel.

#2 Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler are the current Raw Tag Team Champions. However, they certainly won’t hold those titles forever and when they do lose those titles, it will probably be Dolph Ziggler’s fault. Drew McIntyre can then start to wonder if Dolph Ziggler is holding him back. Drew McIntyre has certainly been impressive since joining the Monday Night Raw roster but every time he’s come up short it has been because of Dolph Ziggler. Drew McIntyre can do great as a singles star and face the likes of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Bobby Lashley, & Finn Balor. Dolph Ziggler can hopefully continue to thrive as part of Raw’s upper mid-card. When these 2 superstars feud with each other, it doesn’t matter who turns face or heel as both superstars can thrive in either roll.

#1 The Shield

The Shield reunited on the Raw after SummerSlam. While the reunion of the group has been great as it abruptly ended last year due to Dean Ambrose’s injury and Roman Reigns has been cheered when with the Shield, the Shield should break up before WrestleMania 35. It would be a perfect opportunity for them to face off in a triple threat match at WrestleMania for the Universal Championship. Dean Ambrose should be the one to cause the group to break up. Seth Rollins did it to Dean Ambrose a few years ago and as a result, Dean Ambrose should want to get retribution after more than 4 years. Ambrose could attack Rollins and Reigns can try to stop him. Ambrose will then lay Reigns out with Dirty Deeds. Dean Ambrose can finally be a heel, Roman Reigns can be the no-nonsense face, & Seth Rollins can be the sympathetic figure.
